A business does not have problems. It has people, and people have problems. This assessment scores the Dynamic side of the business at the leadership-team level: alignment, accountability, trust, decision cadence, role clarity, and capacity.
You may have good people in the room. That does not mean the team is carrying the weight. If hard calls route back to you, meetings create discussion but not movement, or leaders quietly disagree outside the room, this assessment gives you a clear first read.
Alignment: whether leaders are moving toward the same priority.
Accountability: whether the standard is shared or still owned by the owner.
Trust and conflict: whether the truth travels early and disagreement stays healthy.
Decision cadence: whether meetings turn into decisions, owners, and follow-through.
Role clarity: whether leaders know what they own and what they do not.
Leadership capacity: whether the team can carry more without burning out.
The first version is built as an owner-only assessment. A later team-mode version can invite multiple leaders and compare variance across the room.
You receive a 0-100 score, behavior-level scores, and the weakest leadership pattern. The result points you toward the Leadership Lab, the 3D Dynamic work, or the operating rhythm content depending on what is dragging the team down.
Past a certain stage, the business runs on the leadership team's ability to tell the truth, own decisions, and move together without the owner acting as translator, referee, and pressure. This assessment shows whether that foundation is strong enough for the next stage.
